JAGGAG is a social media communication, automation, and advertising management platform that enables authorized users to manage Facebook Pages, Messenger communications, Instagram Business accounts, Instagram messages and comments, and advertising assets through official Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs.

1. Permissions Requested

JAGGAG requests certain permissions solely to provide its core features and services. These permissions may include:

  • email – to identify and authenticate users
  • pages_show_list – to display Facebook Pages managed by the user
  • pages_read_engagement – to access Page engagement information such as comments and reactions
  • pages_manage_metadata – to manage webhook subscriptions and messaging events
  • pages_messaging – to send and receive Messenger messages on behalf of connected Pages
  • pages_utility_messaging – to send approved utility and customer support messages where permitted by Meta
  • pages_manage_engagement – to manage supported Page engagement activities, including interactions with comments and other engagement features
  • business_management – to access authorized business assets, including Pages and advertising accounts
  • ads_read – to retrieve advertising analytics and performance insights
  • ads_management – to create, manage, and optimize authorized advertising campaigns
  • instagram_basic – to access basic information about connected Instagram professional accounts and their associated media, where authorized
  • instagram_manage_comments – to manage comments on connected Instagram professional accounts, including supported comment moderation and replies
  • instagram_manage_messages – to access and manage Instagram messages for connected professional accounts where supported and authorized by Meta

All permissions are requested only after user authorization and are used exclusively for approved platform functionality.

2. How Information Is Used

Information accessed through Meta APIs is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • Displaying connected Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and advertising accounts
  • Managing Messenger communications and customer interactions
  • Managing supported Instagram messaging interactions
  • Reading, moderating, and replying to comments on connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts where authorized
  • Providing social media automation and business communication tools
  • Analyzing engagement, advertising performance, and account insights
  • Managing, monitoring, and optimizing authorized advertising campaigns

JAGGAG does not use Facebook or Instagram data for resale, profiling, unauthorized marketing activities, or any purpose unrelated to the services provided by the platform.

3. Data Storage Policy

JAGGAG does not permanently store, archive, or maintain databases containing Facebook or Instagram user information.

Information retrieved through authorized APIs is processed in real time only for executing requested actions and delivering platform functionality.

The platform does not permanently retain:

  • User profile information
  • Messenger or Instagram conversation histories
  • Advertising datasets or campaign records
  • Page or Instagram engagement metrics and interaction data
  • Instagram comments or other Instagram account information retrieved through authorized APIs

4. Data Sharing

JAGGAG does not sell, rent, transfer, disclose, or share Facebook or Instagram user data with third parties for their own purposes.

All integrations and API communications are performed through official Meta infrastructure and authorized access mechanisms. Any service providers involved in operating JAGGAG may process information only as necessary to provide the platform's services and maintain its security.

5. User Rights & Access Revocation

Users may revoke JAGGAG's access at any time through their Facebook or Meta account settings.

Once access permissions are revoked, JAGGAG will no longer be able to retrieve, process, or interact with Facebook- or Instagram-related data through the revoked permissions.

6. Data Deletion Information

JAGGAG does not permanently store Facebook or Instagram user data, as described in this policy. Any temporary data retained for processing will be handled in accordance with the platform's data-handling practices and applicable requirements.
